Hebron is located Mid-way on Historic By-Way 136, at the crossroads of Hwy 81 on the Little Blue River. Hebron offers great outdoor recreation for fishing, hunting, canoeing, hiking, biking and golfing. Our shopping district, with late 1800’s architecture along the brick paved street offers a wide variety of shops. The carvings on the Thayer County Court house are rumored to be created by the famous Mt. Rushmore sculptor, Gutzon Borglum.
