About The Good Life

The
sandhill crane event 2007
on Nebraska's Platte River

Each Spring Nebraska hosts the most spectacular wildlife event, the Sandhill Crane migration.  It all happens along the Platte River Valley.  Mother Nature and Father Time combine to provide us with entertainment & education at this stunning event where these living dinosaurs display their natural instincts of courting, migration and rejuvenation.  A MUST SEE  wildlife opportunity for birding, photography & nature enthusiasts.  Enjoy presentations on the Sandhill Cranes, photography tips and techniques, experience a tour to crane viewing areas near Gibbon and Funk Nebraska and view other wildlife along  the Platte River Valley.
